Privacy Policy
THRTY LLC ("THRTY", "we") collects only what we need to run the waitlist and tell you when THRTY launches. We do not sell your information.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, you give us:
- Your email address.
- Your role, chosen from a list (for example nurse, physician or hospital support staff).
- Your flavor preference (Vanilla Latte, Cocoa-Cinnamon or both).
If you email us or reply to one of our emails, we also keep that message and your reply.
Basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, is recorded by our web host and by our email service. Our page loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google also receives your IP address when you visit. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics tools or cookies on the waitlist page.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Send you updates about THRTY, including prototype news and the Kickstarter launch.
- Understand who the waitlist is for, so we can decide what to make and which flavors to prioritize.
- Reply when you write to us.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who handles it
We use a few services to run the waitlist. They process your information only to provide those services to us:
| Service | What it does | Data it handles |
|---|---|---|
| Kit (kit.com) | Stores the waitlist and sends our emails | Email, role, flavor, email activity |
| Netlify | Hosts this website | IP address, browser type, visit time |
| Google Fonts | Supplies the page's typeface | IP address |
| ImprovMX | Forwards mail sent to hello@thrty.org to our inbox | Messages you send us |
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to a successor if THRTY LLC is sold or merges with another company.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Click it and you stop getting our emails.
- See or correct your information. Email hello@thrty.org and we will tell you what we have and fix anything that is wrong.
- Delete your information. Email hello@thrty.org and we will delete your waitlist record. We may keep a minimal record that you opted out so we do not email you again.
We respond to these requests within 45 days.
Security, children and changes
We keep your information with the services listed above and limit access to the people who run THRTY. No online service is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
THRTY is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, email us and we will delete the record.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date. If the change is significant, we will also email waitlist members.
